Fall Inspired Recipe

Can you guys believe I used to HATE fish. I mean I didn’t even like tuna or fish sticks, it all seemed strange to me and I was not interested. Insert my husband who is from Vancouver Island and his fish loving family and I know have to say I prefer it to chicken….. which seems insane if you knew how much I detested it before. The key is buying good quality fish that does not smell fishy! I thought ¬†all fish smelled fishy and was supposed to, but good quality fish should not smell fishy and it will change your life.

Ston East Park, a luxury¬†four red-star country house hotel in Somerset England with an award-winning fine dining restaurant , contacted me to feature one of their amazing fall inspired recipes for you all to try at home! I don’t know about you but this sounds amazing! Next date night in this is comin for ya Jade!
