Sometimes when a cookie craving hits you need a fast fix! This recipe is so quick and BONUS its gluten free and clean!!
They are so yummy just try not to eat the entire pan.
Nut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies
1 cup no sugar added nut butter ( I use peanut butter)
3/4 cup coconut sugar or sucanat
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/2 cup chocolate chips of your choice
preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients together and drop by the tbsp onto cookie sheet covered with parchment paper. Bake for 8-10 min until just golden. Take out and let cool for 5-10 min, this is very important otherwise your cookies with crumble.
