I love quick and simple breakfast and lunch ideas! Anything that has great flavour, can be whipped up quickly and has some healthy fats, proteins and carbs is my kinda meal! For lunch yesterday I was craving some hash browns but wanted to dress them up a little and make them more interesting. I added some avocado, red onion, and fresh dill with some seasoning salt to them, and oh my word, they were so good I had to share!
The best thing about these hashbrowns is how filling they were. I try really hard to not snack all day and that was a huge help in losing my 20 extra pounds I had been carrying around since having my last baby.
